Five Section solo bare hand Tai Chi set being offered at the Phoenix Tai Chi Centre on Saturday, June 12, 2024, at 10 am to around 5 pm. We will work on the Five Section solo form to get a grasp of what the postures intend when performed. This is the preparatory for the two person Five Section form, practice for understanding the exchange of energy when working with another person in Tai Chi.
This form is also the prelude to the Five Section sword form, solo and two person.
